In this sense, we can say, from the point of view of the common citizen who defends his home or his person, or of the security guard affected by the protection of a third party or private property, that the use of lethal force can cause problems. legal and also charges of conscience.
The use of non-lethal weapons takes on significance when the defender’s intention is not to kill but to genuinely arrest the aggressor.
The environment is becoming more dangerous every day, civilians are armed and many criminals do not hesitate to use deadly force when they attack people, homes and businesses. The security guards are almost always in a disadvantage due to lack of basic training and the necessary weapons.
